Support
Write to us and a person writes back.
Support runs on email. One address, read by the people who build Claybase, so nothing is handed around a queue.
Where to write
Use the same address for a question about the software, a billing question, a change to your workspace, or anything to do with your data. There is no support phone number yet. When there is one, it will be here.
What to put in the email
The more of this you can give us, the sooner we can answer without a round trip.
- Your business name, so we know which workspace you are in.
- The screen you were on, and the web address in the bar at the top.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- The date and rough time it happened, so we can find it in the logs.
- The quote, invoice or job number if it concerns one of those.
- A screenshot, if the thing is easier to show than to describe.
If something is stopping you from working right now, put URGENT at the front of the subject line.
When we read it
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Brisbane time (AEST, UTC+10), excluding Queensland public holidays. Email that arrives outside those hours is read the next business day.
Your data
To ask for a copy of your information, to have something corrected, or to raise a privacy concern, write to the same address. The privacy policy sets out what we hold and how those requests are handled.
